Every steel home built by GKS Services Inc. comes with a phenomenal manufacturers 100 year $ 2,000,000.00 structural warranty that includes your contents and is 100 % transferable. All manufacturer painted products carry a 20/30 year  warranty. Most of the other products we use throughout the home building process carry a lifetime warranty. All the products we use carry
substantial warranty's, and many have
(ESP) Extended Service Plans
